Yes, our system will allow you to setup "B&W" and "Sepia" effects with just one click.

7 • Can I sell products?

Yes, you will be able to sell your products online. Our system will give you the option to allow your customers to add corresponding photos to your products, so when they check-out you will have all the information needed to process the complete order. For example, no more waiting on your customers to complete your albums orders, they can do everything online.

8 • Can I sell services?

Yes, you will be able to sell services such as sitting fees, etc.

9 • Can I sell gift cards?

Yes, you will be able to sell gift cards directly from your online store.

10 • How will my customers be able to see their photos?

If you have your own website, you can still use our online proofing/ordering by simply using a hyperlink.   Our dedicated support team will be ready to assist you with it if you   wish.

If you are using one of our website templates you are automatically linked.

11 • How do my customers pay for photos, products, etc they buy online?

You can accept payments by credit card, PayPal or by check. We DO NOT charge commissions or fees per order.

12 • I would like to accept credit cards but I don’t have a merchant at this time, do you have a solution for me?

Yes we do. We have a powerful alliance with one of the major merchant providers in US that will allow you to accept credit cards at a very low fee special for our customers. Please contact us for specific details. .

13 • How do I know I receive an order?

When you receive an order our system will send an email notification to you, simultaneously your client will receive an email receipt from you through our system. A copy of your orders will also be archived on your control panel.

14 • How do I fulfill orders from what customers buy online?

When you receive a print order our system will send an email notification to you, so you can login to your account, pull out complete details of your order, charge your client and fulfill the order with any lab of your convenience, simultaneously your client will receive an email receipt from you through our system.

15 • Can my customers include "special instructions" within their order?

Yes, they will be able to enter special instructions before checking out.

16 • Can I categorize my events/sessions?

Yes, you can create multiple categories and name them the best way it fits your needs. For example group your all weddings events under a "wedding" category and all your portrait sessions under a "portrait" category.

Yes, you can create multiple sub-galleries and name them the best way it fits your needs. For example for a wedding, you can create sub-galleries as "pre-ceremony", "ceremony", "reception", etc.

18 • Are the events/sessions password protected?

All events/sessions can be Password protected if you choose. You will have the choice of entering a password or not each time you create a new event.

19 • Do you offer watermark protection?

Yes, you will have the ability to activate or deactivate a watermark protection.

20 • Can I track my visitors?

Yes, you will have access to a robust visit counter. It will allow you to track visitors by day, week and month. And you will also be able collect to your visitors emails.

21 • Can I have different price lists for different events/sessions?

Yes you can. You may create a different price list for each event, or you may choose to have the same price list for everything.

22 • Can I set my own shipping rates?

Yes, you will have the ability to create multiple and different global shipping rates. For example, you can setup a "Standard" and "Rush" shipping as your shipping options.

23 • Can I setup discounts?

Yes, you will have the ability to setup volume discounts, for example: for any order greater than $100 give a discount of 10% and for any order greater than $200 a discount of $15%, etc.
 

24 • Can I create coupons?

Yes, you will have the ability to create coupons which will give a percentage discount or a flat amount discount. Also, you will be able to specify an expiration date, a minimum amount to receive the discount and number of times it can be used.

25 • Will my customers be able to save their favorites?

Yes, our system offers an innovative way to save favorites, it will actually allow your customers to save their complete cart exactly as it is and retrieve it from anywhere at anytime.
