Guidelines for Referral Reimbursement:
1. Referee must remain an active client for at least forty-five (45) days.
2. Referee must be a first time new client.
3. A referral cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
4. You cannot refer yourself.
5. A referral cannot be applied to additional accounts.
